The Moore family has been growing, harvesting, and packing sweet potatoes for five generations.  We started delivering potatoes to individual stores and major chain stores in 1982.  In 2001, we started packing for several major brokers in Mississippi, North Carolina, and Louisiana.
 

The family farm is still operated under Russell Moore Farms.  The packing operation was changed in 2007 to Perfect Pack Sweet Potatoes, LLC.  Our acreage has steadily grown from 80 acres in 1985 to our present acreage of 950.  Our potatoes are grown in the Vardaman, MS area which is known for the best sweet potato in the world.  In 2005, our son Chad joined the family business to take over the packing operation to allow his father Russell to concentrate on the farming business.

We do our best to provide a top quality sweet potato.  The treatment of a sweet potato before it is packed in a box is a very important part of a quality potato.  Our sweet potatoes are handled with care until they leave our facility.  They are washed, hand sorted, and packed with care for our customers.

Our belief is that a good grown and Perfect Pack Sweet Potato can be provided by us to our customers.  Service has been our #1 goal from the beginning and continues to be so.
